Dr Divya Singh is currently the Chief Academic Officer at STADIO Holdings Ltd, a private higher education investment company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. She is a Certified Ethics Officer and the Executive Director of Globethics.net, Southern Africa.

Prof Ogunyemi currently teaches business ethics, managerial anthropology, self leadership and sustainability management at the Lagos Business School, Nigeria. She is also the director of the Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics as well as the academic director for the School’s Senior Management Programme.

Prof Arnold Smit associate professor of Business in Society at the University of Stellenbosch Business School where the focus of his academic work is on the integration of ethics, responsibility and sustainability in leadership and organisational practices.

Liezl Groenewald is the Senior Manager Organisational Ethics at The Ethics Institute. Liezl has been in the field of organisational ethics since 2004. Her main expertise lies in advising organisations on ethics management and strategies, conducting organisational ethics risk and culture assessments, facilitating ethics workshops, conducting ethics investigations, auditing Whistleblowing Service Providers, advising whistle-blowers and training Boards and Social and Ethics Committees.

Jovita Fazenda, of Multichoice Mozambique, previously the Executive Head of Ethics and
Compliance at Vodacom Mozambique, has extensive experience in the field of Corporate Governance, Management of Ethics and Compliance programs. She is passionate about ethics and ethics management, and is a certified Ethics officer and active Ethics trainer.
