BEN-Africa leadership recognizes the diverse wealth of knowledge and expertise in Africa, thus the formation of BEN Africa Networking Council (BANC) in 2020 whose mandate is to support the Executive Committee of BEN Africa by offering strategic guidance on the implementation of BEN Africa’s activities across Africa and to act as resource points on ethics related issues to BEN Africa members within their respective countries.

firm specializing in market research, monitoring, and evaluation, serving
organizations seeking to align performance with purpose.

on the implementation of the organization’s activities across Africa.
As an author of three children’s storybooks namely, Mummy’s Kitchen, The
Creepy Cat, and Who Am I, she continues to creatively instill ethical values and
moral reflection in young readers.
She is an Associate of the Ethics Institute and a Board Director of Kitengela
International Group of Schools, where she continues to advance her commitment
to ethical education, transformative leadership, and sustainable social impact.

a Leadership, Ethics and Marketing professor at MDE Business School in
Cote d’Ivoire.

With over 15 years of academic and 20 years of management experience, she specializes in
sustainable procurement and supply chain management. An active researcher and mentor,
She has published 8 articles in reputable journals in collaboration with colleagues and has
supervised over 20 graduates across various disciplines. She also played a pivotal role in
establishing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Durban University of
Technology and Takoradi Technical University, fostering international collaboration. Her
research interests include sustainable supply chains and entrepreneurship. She is passionate
about education, innovation, and lifelong learning, making her a strong advocate for global
research and collaboration.

Dr. Ciza co-founded the Burundi Management Innovation Lab (BMIL), fostering research
and collaboration. He has also taught at the International Leadership University of Burundi
and worked with organizations like Finnish Consulting Group and Trademark Africa.
