Gemma-Marie Musengeneza has been working in Education/TVET sector since 2006. She has a Master’ s degree in MBA/Project Management and has wide experience in TVET education in different aspects namely curricula development, training of trainers, strategic planning and advocacy & technical advisory. She is experienced in working in a multicultural setting with various local and international partners including but not limited to Germany Cooperation, Beligian Cooperation and other international NGOs. She has participated in the development and implementation of TVET strategic documents and implementation guidelines and frameworks to support government partners in TVET policy implementation. Currently, Gemma is a National Technical Advisor in TVET/WPL for Enabel’s Urbanization Project since January 2020.
