Join us at the 21st BEN-Africa Conference where Alex Petkov of the UNODC will participate in the panel ‘Illicit financial flows: corruption, tax evasion, human trafficking’

Alex Petkov works for the Corruption and Economic Crime Branch of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime where he supports UNODC’s projects on anti-corruption, integrity and ethics education. Most recently, Alex has been part of the team that implements the Global Resource for Education and Youth Empowerment initiative – GRACE where he coordinates academic and tertiary activities. He holds bachelor and master’s degrees in economics from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia, Bulgaria. Prior joining UNODC, Alex worked at the International Anti-Corruption Academy and the Bulgarian National Bank.
